La Galiniére Guest Cottages understands that privacy is important.

We therefore protect the information you share with us. We won’t sell or give away your name, postal address, phone number, email address or any other information to anyone.

However, we need to obtain and store personal information about you for three reasons:

• It is a legal requirement under Section 7 of the South Africa Immigration Act, 2002, detailed under Section 40 of the Immigration Amendment Act, that every accommodation establishment, where lodging or sleeping accommodation is provided for payment or reward, keep a register of all persons provided with lodging.

• In order to contact you regarding your booking or enquiry.

• In order to undertake market research.
